To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have implemented a straightforward cancellation policy for our services. We recognize that unexpected situations can occur, and we strive to be flexible while maintaining fairness for all clients.

Deposit is required at the time of booking for readings, If you find it necessary to reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice as i do preparation work in that time and deposit will not be refundable unless notice given.
